BONDS FOR EXPANSION OF
WOOTON PARK AT LAKE DORA
To protect water quality, preserve scenic views of Lake Dora, restore the natural shoreline and wetlands, improve public access to Lake Dora, acquire an addition to Wooton Park, and construct waterfront improvements, shall the city issue bonds not exceeding $8,500,000, at an interest rate not exceeding the legal maximum and maturing in 30 years or less, by levying ad valorem taxes in an amount sufficient to repay such bonds, with zero money spent on administration?
